The pool was manufactured to a depth of 1.2m so perfect for swimming, paddling or just relaxing.

PVC Liner
The bespoke deck level 316 stainless steel pool floor was covered in a 1.5mm Dark Grey thick reinforced and lacquered PVC-P membrane. This membrane protected against staining and abrasion and had excellent mechanical properties.
Tensile strength: ≥ 1,1 KN/50 mm, Elongation at break: 18 ± 3 %, Tear resistance: ≥ 180 N, Dimensional Stability: ≤ 0,5 %, Resistance to foldability at low temperature: ≤ -25 °C, Peel resistance of joints: ≥ 80 N/50mm and Water tightness: < 1 x 10-3 l/m2·day according
The pool walls and bespoke stainless steel pool grating were left as a stainless finish.
Filtration system
Activated Filter Media AFM® was used instead of Traditional Sand for the filters.

AFM® is a highly engineered product manufactured from a specific glass type, processed to obtain the optimum particle size and shape. It is then exposed to a 3-step activation process to increase its surface area by up to 300 times for superior mechanical and electro-static filtration performance.
The activated surface of AFM® is self-sterilizing which prevents bacteria mud-balling, coagulation and channelling of unfiltered water through the filter bed. Activation increases the surface area by up to 300 times for catalysis and adsorption reactions. Similar to activated carbon, the surface Nano-structure adsorbs pollutants from the water but unlike carbon, AFM® is recharged by just back-washing with water. A significant benefit being that on average 50% less water used on back washing.
Interior Design
From B3 Designers – The stainless steel indoor pool has a deep red ceiling with neutral walls and floor making the blue look serene and ever tempting. The spotlights that shine upwards showcase depth, exaggerating the tall ceiling heights in the space. The modern arch windows draw guests through to the different spaces from the pool.
