Wrightfield Pools is proud to showcase a recently completed project at Seend Park, an elegant Grade II listed country estate in Wiltshire, set amidst formal gardens, paddocks, and mature woodland. Recently featured in Country Life magazine, the estate has undergone a careful restoration that blends its historic charm with discreet, modern luxury, including the addition of a bespoke stainless steel swimming pool.
Commissioned to design, manufacture, and install the stainless steel pool, our team worked closely with the client and specialist filtration company Clear Water Revival to deliver a solution that offers contemporary functionality while respecting the estate’s timeless character.
The pool, measuring 13m x 4m, was constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel with a soft, brushed finish that subtly reflects its surroundings. Chosen for both its clean, modern lines and exceptional durability in wet leisure environments, stainless steel was the ideal material to complement the understated elegance of Seend Park.
Key features include two sets of in-wall steps with polished grab rails, a concealed flooded alcove housing an automatic pool cover, and eight LED underwater lights for beautifully even illumination. The seamless TIG-welded construction ensures a watertight, hygienic, and visually flawless finish.
Prefabricated in sections at our UK facility, the stainless steel pool was delivered and assembled on-site with minimal disruption to the estate grounds. The installation was carefully coordinated alongside other estate works, including the construction of new wellness amenities.
This project showcases how contemporary pool design and advanced engineering can coexist harmoniously within a heritage setting, delivering modern leisure facilities with sensitivity, precision, and aesthetic balance.
